Who is responsible for your information

Solutions SafeHive inc. operates Tremplin. For any question about your personal information, or to exercise a right of access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion, write to confidentialite@safehive.ca. We answer within 30 days at the latest.

What we collect

• The content you provide: the text of your resume, the job posting you paste, the field, the job you are targeting, the region, the level and the formatting options.
• The documents produced and their successive versions, when you ask for a revision or edit the text yourself. That history is what lets you roll back.
• Your account, if you create one: your email address and a password kept as a cryptographic hash (PBKDF2-SHA256 with a salt). We never see your password.
• Minimal technical data: your IP address is used for the length of a rolling window to limit abuse, then erased.

We do not ask for your date of birth, your social insurance number or your immigration status. Do not include that kind of information in the text you paste.

Why we use it

Only to produce your application file, deliver it to you, process your payment where applicable and keep the service secure. We sell nothing, we rent nothing, and we send no newsletter unless you ask for one.

Where the writing happens

This is what sets Tremplin apart from most resume generators. The model that writes your file runs on our own machines, in Quebec. Your resume is not sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or any model reseller, and it is never used to train a model, ours or anyone else's.

One honest caveat: if our machines are offline, writing falls back automatically to Cloudflare's AI service, which already hosts the site and the database where your file is stored. That fallback therefore adds no new provider to the picture, but this processing may take place outside Canada. By consenting at intake, you consent to that communication outside Quebec, which is necessary to keep the service running. The model used for each file is recorded with it.

How long we keep it

• Files, resumes and versions: 30 days. After that, everything is destroyed automatically.
• We keep only the last 20 versions of each document. Older ones are erased as you go.
• You can destroy a file right away from the file page, with the "Destroy this file" button. Its versions go with it.
• Your account stays until you delete it. The "Delete my data" button erases the account and everything attached to it.

Who else sees this information

Three providers are involved, each for a single reason:

• Cloudflare, for hosting the site and the database. The database contents are hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. It is also the fallback AI service described above.
• Solutions SafeHive inc., for the writing itself, on its own machines in Quebec. The text travels over an encrypted link and is not kept on the machine that writes.
• Stripe, if you buy. Payment details are entered at Stripe and never pass through our servers. We store no card number.

Your rights

• Access the information we hold about you.
• Have it corrected if it is inaccurate.
• Withdraw your consent and have your file or your account deleted.
• File a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Cookies

One cookie, strictly necessary: the one that keeps your session open when you sign in. It is HttpOnly and Secure. No advertising cookie, no third party tracking, no external analytics.

Privacy incident

If an incident presents a risk of serious harm, we notify the people concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information, as the law requires.

What the service does not do

Tremplin rewrites what you provide. It does not invent experience, degrees or certifications, and no hiring is guaranteed. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your file.
