Do you invent experience?

What is an ATS filter?
Software that automatically sorts applications by keyword before a human looks at them. A badly formatted resume can be dropped without being read. We avoid those traps.
Where does my data go?
It is used only to produce your file. The writing runs through an AI provider located outside Canada, which is stated plainly in the privacy policy and subject to your consent. Nothing is sold or used for advertising, and you can destroy everything in one click (Law 25).
